Studio Policies

Arrival
To keep classes running smoothly, arrivals more than 5 minutes late may forfeit their spot to someone waiting. We also ask that you do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to the start of class.

Attire
For safety and performance, grip socks are required for all classes. They are available for purchase at the studio, or you may bring your own pair. Please arrive freshly showered and wearing clean, scent-free workout attire to help maintain a pleasant environment for everyone.

Cancellations
Members are responsible for canceling reserved classes within the required cancellation window established by Pilates Reformery. Members who fail to cancel a reserved class at least eight (8) hours before the scheduled class start time may be charged a $10 late cancellation fee.

Phone and voicemail cancellations cannot be accommodated. Cancellations must be completed via the Pilates Reformery app.

Members who fail to attend a reserved class without canceling may be charged a $20 no-show fee. Pilates Reformery reserves the right to modify scheduling policies, cancellation windows, and applicable fees upon notice to Members.

Waitlist
If a class is at capacity, we encourage you to join the online waitlist. Should a spot become available, you’ll be notified and may accept or decline. The waitlist closes 6 hours prior to class start time; any openings after that will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Studio Etiquette
Please silence your cell phone before class and refrain from texting or taking calls during the session out of respect for your instructor and fellow clients. Children are not permitted in the studio.

Minor Age Policy
– 13 to 15 years of age: Can attend with a parent or receive a private lesson.
– 16 to 17 years of age: Can attend group classes alone with parental consent and signed waiver. Can also use the recovery area amenities with parental consent and signed waiver.
– Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring minors follow all attire, behavior, and safety rules.

Membership, Payment, and Returns
Pilates Reformery memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment and automatically continue month-to-month thereafter. Cancellation is permitted after the initial term with 30 days’ written or in-person notice. All sales are final, including class credits and retail purchases.

RollStar Mini

RollStar Minis are provided to support recovery, circulation, and mobility. To ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone, please follow the guidelines below.

Intended Use
  • RollStar Minis are for recovery and mobility purposes only.
  • Use only as demonstrated by staff or as shown in posted instructions.
  • One person per unit at a time.
  • Do not stand, jump, race, or use RollStar Minis in any way other than intended.
Attire & Hygiene
  • Clean workout attire is required.
  • Please wipe down the unit after use.
Time & Courtesy
  • Suggested use time is 5–10 minutes per session.
  • Be mindful of others waiting and limit use accordingly.
Health & Safety Disclaimer
  • Use at your own discretion.
  • Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
  • Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, injured, or under medical care.
  • Discontinue use immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

Sunlighten mPulse Infrared Sauna with Red Light

Attire
  • Clothing is required at all times. This is a shared space located within the Pilates studio.
  • Members are encouraged to wear comfortable workout attire such as leggings, shorts, sports bras, tanks, or t-shirts.
  • Nudity is not permitted. The sauna is designed to be used fully clothed.
  • Shoes are required when entering and exiting the sauna to maintain cleanliness and safety within the studio.
  • Towels are mandatory. For your convenience these are provided for you to sit on to absorb perspiration and maintain cleanliness.
  • Attire should allow you to feel comfortable, confident, and respected in a shared wellness environment.
Hygiene
  • Please shower before use if you have applied lotions, oils, perfumes, or makeup.
  • Enter the sauna clean and dry to protect the equipment and keep the space sanitary.
  • Wipe down surfaces you contact if provided supplies are available.
Etiquette
  • This is a quiet, relaxing space. Keep voices low and limit conversation.
  • No phone calls, video, or audio playback. If you bring a phone, keep it silent.
  • Be mindful of time. If others are waiting, limit sessions to posted time guidelines.
  • No food, gum, or glass containers inside the sauna.
  • Do not adjust temperature or settings if others are present without group agreement.
Health & Safety
  • Stay hydrated before and after your session.
  • Listen to your body. If you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or uncomfortable, exit the sauna immediately.
  • Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, or other medical concerns.
  • Use at your own discretion and follow all posted instructions.
Respect for Equipment & Others
  • Do not pour water or any substances on heaters or panels.
  • Refrain from stretching, exercising, or placing feet on benches unless specifically allowed.
  • Treat staff and fellow members with respect at all times.
Timing
  • 10–20 minutes depending on experience level.
