Foundations: Reformer Pilates
This class focuses on building a strong foundation. You’ll learn proper form, technique, and breathing while moving through a guided workout that combines core strength, balance, and flexibility. With a focus on slow, controlled movements, this class is designed to help you feel confident on the reformer and ready to progress in your Pilates journey.
Recommended for: Beginners, those looking to build confidence on the reformer, and anyone seeking to improve core strength, balance, and flexibility.
Level 1 Strength: Core Flow
Start strong. Move with control.
This beginner-friendly Reformer class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and body awareness through controlled, low-impact movement. Ideal for those new to Pilates or progressing from our Foundations class, Core Flow emphasizes proper form, breathing, and core engagement in a supportive, instructional environment. Movements are performed lying down, seated, or kneeling—no standing exercises—to help you build confidence, control, and consistency. The pace is steady, with clear cues and options to modify or progress.
Recommended for: Beginners, those returning to exercise, or anyone looking to master the fundamentals while still getting a great workout.
Level 2 Strength: Core Power
More challenge. More creativity. Next-level control.
This intermediate Reformer class is designed for clients who are confident with the fundamentals and ready to elevate their strength, balance, and coordination. You’ll move through dynamic, full-body sequences with quicker transitions, increased resistance, and a variety of props. Expect creative flows, longer holds, and standing exercises that build power, precision, and endurance. You’ll be encouraged to push yourself while maintaining strong form and breath connection throughout.
Recommended for: Clients with experience in Level 1 Reformer classes or a strong foundation in Reformer Pilates who are ready for increased challenge.
Restore: Mobility & Flexibility
A gentle, restorative Reformer Pilates class focused on deep stretching, joint mobility, and mindful breathing. This class emphasizes slow, controlled movements designed to release tension, improve range of motion, and support overall balance and stability. Expect longer holds, intentional transitions, and breath-led movement that leaves you feeling more open, relaxed, and restored.
Recommended for: All levels, those seeking recovery, increased mobility, stress relief, or a slower-paced class to complement strength-based workouts.
Core Pulse: Cardio & Strength
A high-energy, low-impact Reformer class that blends cardio intervals on the jump board with full-body strength training using resistance and light weights. You’ll alternate between heart-pumping movement and controlled strength work to build endurance, improve coordination, and sculpt your entire body—without stressing your joints. Expect an athletic pace, clear coaching, and options to adjust intensity as needed.
Recommended for: Clients seeking an intense, low-impact workout that boosts cardiovascular fitness while building strength and burning calories.
